Booking and Payment Terms

Service Requests

Submitting a service request through our website or by email does not guarantee service availability. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of booking confirmation. Depending on the service type:

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and credit card
• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Prices include GST where applicable

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies by service type:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-shows without prior cancellation: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided or alternative dates offered.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One free reschedule is permitted per booking; subsequent changes may incur administrative fees.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide suitable workspace and facilities as required for the service
